Description
Black leather motorcycle leggings with brass calf straps and buckles. Inside color of leggings is tan and is stamped with "151/2" "#4543' and "grain cowhide". There is also a pencil holder on the inside of the leggings with a pencil in it. Worn by Lowell policeman, Charlie Knapp, who was killed on duty by Grand Rapids bank robbers fleeing through Lowell in 1932.
